Ahhh the City

Bright lights, big city that never sleeps, where they walk and talk and hustle and bustle…all laughs and weeps.

The sun goes down and the lights turn up, the music’s blaring, the sirens sound…a skip and a hop.

It’s a fast pace life, no time to unwind, no time to breathe, no time to sleep…it’s all too deep.

The year comes to an end, what madness as time flies by, leave the past behind, the aches and pains aside–just say good-bye.

Still the city with its fast-paced life, all lights and high beams…but bring in the new year with new hopes and big dreams.
