The Defining Ring...

Earlier today I found myself listening in on a friendly debate between friends on what is a good amount which a guy should spend on an engagement ring. After a few minutes and spouts between my venus and mars friends, apparently $3,000 - $5,000 is too little and $10,000 is an industry norm. The way I see it-- the size of a ring does not define who the person is or who the couple are, but a little bit of splurging does not make a person vain either -- ultimately it's something that is a special bond between the buyer and wearer...either big or small-- that is what counts in the end.
